I love NYC. Yesterday I worked my butt off all day at HS pr to get ready for last night's Louis Vuitton event at Saks that we were pr for. It was definitely weird being on the OTHER side of the red carpet, not as press. It made me realize the following things. That a) I love fashion, b)I love nyc, c)I love my job and all the contacts and friends ive made through it the past two years, d)I love PR and e) I love champagne and tuna tar tar. I do alot of events, but this one was specifically fun. First of all, I wasn't there to interview and party. I was working with the PR team. The event was to debut Louis Vuitton's new collection, Cruise. Saks was transformed into a Jungle, it was BEAUTIFUL. I realized how many amazing friends i've made the past few years doing what I do. I ran into 2 of my friends on the red carpet (my collegue at in touch weekly and my friend brad from Us weekly), I then ran into my fabulous new best friend Naeem and his boy from the Eldridge, I also saw an Old friend Kristian who is a socialite i love and his friend who designs dresses for GAGA. I ran into my girl Christine, I ran into my friend who photographs for Patrick McMullen and tons others. I just love events like that. I also realized that i love doing pr, it's so diff then reporting, i can't compare them nor pick what i like more. Im just well rounded in both now and that opens the doors to me as to what I wanna do as a career.
Anyways, some of the new Louis Vuitton line for Cruise,
PS-go to papermag's website and vote in the 5th annual nightlife awards. My FAMILY is nominated!! OK so GREENHOUSE (barry 4 L) is nominated for best club and Eldridge (my home team) is nominated for best lounge includign DJ MIA one of our dj's!! go vote, they deserve it. Let's give it to greenhouse for best club. Every night its so fun, one oak has one before, they should take a seat this year.

So mikealis and I are in a cab the other day heading to Juliet and our cab driver turned up the radio really loud when empire state of mind came on. in the car next to us (not a cab) was this guy, a totally different race, background, culuture, completely diff human being from the cab driver. Yet with both their windows up, just by looking at eachother they could tell that they were each listening to that song and singing about NYC in sperated vehicles. They waved at eachother, kept dancing and singing, and i just thought: wow, why haven't we thought of this before? That's all it takes to bring people in this city together: patriotism...and jay z...so jay for governor, long live nyc.
Halloween, what a nightmare. PS. I have to vent about this because it upset me to the point of no return on Saturday night. someone please explain to me the point of the Village Halloween parade. As a 6th avenue apartment renter, I see ZERO point in it. First off, it blocks traffic from the village to chelsea on 3 avenues. Secondly, it doesn't bring in ANY revenue for nYc as it's free. Third, the ammount of money the city spends on Police, blocking travel, closing trains down, police to search people getting on trains, clean up crew, ETC ETC ETC makes me ill. Here's what it did for me- I had to walk from 6th ave and 15th st (my apt) to the east mother fucking village. I was hosting a party for Matt Levine at the Rivington Penthouse and my brother, boyfriend, and friend could NOT get a cab, nor could we get on a train as they were all blocked any where down to the village. After 45 minutes of walking, in my stupid idiotic fucking 80's costume, i wanted to kill everyone i knew. Everyone hated me for a good hour because of my mood but can u blame me? NO im not drunk yet, and NO im not in the halloween spirit, and NO the thousands upon thousands of lady gagas everywhere are NOT cute NOR funny NOR original. The night ended up awesome once I had my bottle of vodka. The Rivington Hotel, for those of you who haven't been special enough to go there, is one of the most upscale beauitful hotels in nyc, and the penthouse is not even worth explaining. It's a gem in the LES. All i can tell u is if your lucky enough to attend an event there, go to the penthouse, and look at the view. I ended up with 3 tables that night, too many people, a bunch of c list celebs, and 4 clubs all in one night, not that it's suprising only that it was TIRING. Every single one required a LONG walk or a car service (or a bouncer nice enough to give us a ride). halloween can suck my nuts and next year, im staying in. im too old for that shit!!
Thank god all the girls at the PR firm I work at are anti "dwelling on the holiday" bitches too like me, and insisted that ANY (if any) halloween decorations that were put up, were PROMPTLY removed by monday morning. thanks bitches.

stop raining!

will this fucking rain stop already? I dont want to miss home more than I already do. The past two months have been so busy with our full nightlife schedule that I haven't been able to head home to florida. I usually go bi monthly, so when I go home for Thanksgiving, it will be glorious. beach, food, my dog, mikealis jordan haley koko and jake koko all under one roof. I love thanksgiving, even with recently divorced parents, it doesnt make me sad, just happy. on another note, Im working three days a week at Harrison Shiftman PR. WE (yes we, I like to feel a part of the lifestyle team over here) represent GREY GOOSE which is the majority of time spent as well as Jimmy Choo, some energy drinks, Crumbs cup cakes, and some other stuff. I love all the girls in the office, and it gets me out of bed before 3 pm three days a week which is good. Mikealis and I are officially part of the Eldridge ML creative group team which we LOVE. We feel like family already over there. Funny thing is, it's the most exclusive celeb studded club in nyc. But because its on the east side (gasp) people don't know about it nor do they hold it to the same standards as oak or avenue. Matt Levine is personally best friends with more famouse people then I could care to name, not bragging but I feel like some people are tragic and need to know-there's more to this city then 17th street. What certain people in this city DONT know, is that, there are spots that are WAY more fucking exclusive and fabulously guest list than One Oak and Avenue. Don't get me wrong, both of those places have done a lot of good for me in more ways than one and i love them but im just saying, Eldridge for the win, I would tell u all to try it out but u cant, guest list only every night. And i dont mean the kind of guest list only bullshit that Binn pulls if you aren't hot enough. I mean, litterally, guest list only, it doesn't matter if your hot or whatever. you gotta know matt, or me (ha) or one of the other team members. We are also promoting at SL now, I really love Adam Spoont. For those of you who dont know him or think he's a douche bag, get over yourselves. He rules. He's taken us in and given us such amazing treatment and respect, I think he could run for president, or at least governor. Right behind Matt Levin. Sl has been good to us, Eugene Remm is the greatest dude on the planet and showers mikealis with man love. Ellington and Isaah (if you dont know them, you're retarded) have also become friends of ours. We do Friday nights with them at Tenjune. I was nervous at first that we wouldn't live up to their MODELS ONLY rule BUT, we have felt right at home with those dudes and love goin to pre dinners with them and hanging with them.
Tonight we start our first night at Juliet. As a Barry Mulleniux supporter and friend, I am excited to be apart of him and Jon B's newest venture on the west side highway. See this is yet another place that's ten times better than "other places". It's GORGEOUS, everyone is mad cool, John mayer goes there (mmm) and you can't find a better vibe right now. Floor to ceiling crystals, whatever, check it out...or come with us, you know the drill. For Halloween, we are hosting (for the amazing Matt Levine of course) a party at the Rivington hotel in the Penthouse. A VERY VERY special guest has rented out Eldridge for the night so we are moving our crew to teh Rivington pent house. Later, sneaking into Eldridge. I have no intentions of dressing up as anything more than a convenient devil in the same dress I'd otherwise be wearing with some Christian Loubs to compliment the black and red vibe. Im too old for that....then again, so is Matt and he's apparantly going all out, so maybe I should to. Doubtful.
Mikealis is about to do another music video. Unfortunately, as a graduate, I don't care and have no intensions on lifitng a finger, if that makes sense. Andre, my trusted partner in video crime, is going to do it for his reel. For the first time ever at a mikealis shoot, I will be sitting back, NOT yelling. Stand by for that.He also has a show at the end of the month somewhere.
Im also about to be part of a HUGE nightlife blogging website, secret, with my bff of life Troy. He's working on getting the funding, Im working on looking pretty, and we will meet in the middle haha..no but that's goign to be amazing. bye

Alot's been going on in our world the past couple weeks. all good things though. I got a really great internship with H&S PR. My boss at in touch referred me for it. It's great, they represent grey goose amongst others. Ill be there three days a week. Also, Mikealis is playing a really big show at CMJ next week, excited about that. We can officially announce our new line up for promoting. we are SO happy to be working with the people we are now working with, we feel super lucky to be working with all the great people who have contacted us recently. We are officially employees of the great EMM group. They own tenjune, SL, STK, etc. We are doing a night solo at SL, and a joint night with the EMM boys at Tenjune. We will be riding in style and warmth this winter in an EMM escalade so our girls dont freeze haha. dinners at stk, mmm. wish i ate steak. Also, we are soooo happy to be the first promoters to EVER work for the Eldridge. Matt Levine is one of the most LEGIT, nice and REAL owners in the city. He originally opened Eldridge only for his friends family and celebs. It is STILL that way. Guest list only, we have seen some amazing people in there and our thursday table Was PACKED. He keeps the bottles flowing and Mel dj's the best set. We love the Eldridge team and feel SO lucky to be a part of it! Thursdays at Eldridge, for the win. before that matt generously gives a big dinner at the rivington hotel, cocktails and all. love him and his team. Of course, we are still going to be working with Greenhouse as they are family to me. We are going to do a greenhouse night and also, this week, they opened their new spot Juliet. Very excited to officially be doing a night there for Barry and Jon B. It's gorgeous and elite, it's going to be a new hotspot. Other spots we might pick up nights include butter and oak eventually down the line we will be back there again. on our nights off, we've been hitting up all the hot spots but to be honest, avenue and oak, they're just sorta dead to me now. there's so many amazing spots in nyc that are just as celeb fabulous studded and less guido. all of which we are now working at. It's crazy how good we feel and how much fun our crew is we've been bringing out. things are good....ALSO, there's a really great blog website called selfabosrbed.me and i've been in touch with them about blogging for them. A friend of mine who's a big promoter in the city has found a company that wants to sponsor them with ad space etc. we are aiming to make it into a guest of a guest TYPE website, and id be part of the founding crew, stand by for news on that, that's gunna be fun.
much love

Code Blue! This new drink, Code Blue, has saved my days from being totally worthless (I mean they are still worthless) the past week. Try it, it's hard to find. You might have to go to their website to find out where it's carried BUT, it's a recovery drink, the first of it's kind. After 5 patron shots on Thursday night between Soho Grand, our table at greenhouse followed by Cyrus hooking up the shots at One Oak, code blue recovered me. Last night, what could have been horrifically embaressing, wasn't. I drank myself stupid with Karen and Mikealis and Jordan at La Pomme, Symone and Oak and at Oak I saw Kid Cudi. WELL, I've interviewed him and we had a good vibe so I went to say hi and stuff, he was mad nice, we ended up chilling by his table for a while and then I saw Russle Simmons. A couple months ago (after interviewing him at least 4 times and seeing him out monthly) I thought it would be appropriate to say "HEY RUSS!" out front of one oak to him as we were walking in. needless to say, he looked at me like "should i know that person"? When I interviewed him during fashion week, I made sure that he was aware of how embaressing that was and he said he would never NOT say hi again. So when he came up to owner's table at oak last night, I smiled at him and hoped he remembered- he did. So i got a big kiss from RUSS last in which i replied that he was too old to be out. Just because we are on a recognizable state of friendship, DOES NOT MEAN WE ARE CLOSE ENOUGH FOR ME TO START JOKING WITH HIM LIKE THAT. He kinda did an awkward laugh, and under an hour later, left. Maybe he heeded my advice?
Still no job. Don't worry, no matter how many times my mother and father call me a day, Im still not looking. I mean I will, just like I will start working out again, and I will clean the apartment, and decorate. All those things, i have pLenty of time to do, just a lack of will power to do them as Im perma tired/hungover. I woke up this morning between my best friend karen aka miley and my boyfriend...and what was the first thing we talked about upon awakening? It wasn't our day's plans, it was, SO WHO SHOULD WE INVITE TO OUR TABLE AT GRIFFIN TONIGHT. BRAINWASHED? YES. In other news, we are picking up a new night. We of course will stay at greenhouse tues and thursdays because Barry the owner and the crew there is like family to me and i love our table up in the vip there, best times. We will also SUPPORT wedndsay nights still at One Oak and then maybe still stay at griffin sats (not sure i hate that fucking place) and then on Fridays, our boss has secured AVENUE. Yes people, I think i can officially announce, MIkealis and I will be doing a table at Avenue on Fridays! Don't drop our name at the door though, they won't let you in and I don't need that type of anxiety, I already have enough anxiety. Im trying not to need to up my lexapro to 20 mg, I wanna stay at 15..

Im pleased to announced that as a new graduate I am making ZERO progress in finding a life. I have made a life out of going to greenhouse (Where we work and LIVE basically- shout out to my family over there) then end up till 5 am every night in one oak with karin, mikealis, and sam fox. Basically, we promote our tables, somehow end up late night in one oak or avenue after greenhouse or wherever we promoted, and then i wake up at 230 pm the next day when it's time to take my lexapro and birth control. I chug an ice coffee, check my favorite blogs, maybe go on an outting with MIkealis, then retire for my afternoon nap only to prepare to do it all over that night! Thus, I need a job. No, my parents do not consider In Touch and promoting a job. They are old fashioned (not really, they're just smart) and think that getting up in the morning and putting all my amazing new fall clothes to use for the day at a day job is the proper definition of a job. So, I've reached out to all 6903888 contacts I've made since I've lived here letting them know that yes, I am looking for freelance work as an Editor, Director, Dp, whatever. Ny magazine and in touch barely paid for my last pair of christians and I really can't rely on it. So, friends, think of me when something that screams my name pops up. You all know that I'm well versed in everything from film to PR, so find me a job friends. for all those drinks i poured u, times i let u bring ur ugly friend to our table, or told the door guy to ignore your flip flops and let u in, REPAY ME.
ON another note, Mikealis and Pdizzzy's newest video has been crushing it in the plays. It's currently being sent to a bunch of hip hop blogs. They have a show at the Delancey later this month. Mikealis is getting RAVE reviews on his new myspace layout, and his new songs. Myspace.com/mikealis. He is also about to be featured in YRB magazine under the radar section. my little talented awesome brother jordan (whom got bombarded with sparklers at greenhouse last night to celebrate his 21st) is producing the mixtape!
www.thestylelabonline.com check out my blogs tuesday and Wednesdays for michael's website.
this is what my life has come to. even though we have bottle service all night, im still drinking patron from a flask.
i need a job

it's finally here kids. after a bunch of bullshittin around, i finally got greater good done. I graduated college today...well, film school (not serious college) but good enough for me. im 23, time to move on. i feel so awesome, it hasn't really set in. i wanna thank everyone who's helped me in nyc the past two years. I've accomplished a shit ton and built an incredibly idealistic life here for myself....so thanks, i owe those who were a stepping stone in it. Anywho, I guess as far as film goes, this is the culmination of it all: a sick video, high def, that i directed and edited (with the help of my sidekick producer andre). I hope to make thousands of dollars a video doing rap videos some day (mikealis for the win) but in the mean time, ill settle with a couple hundred bucks per red carpet, a couple hundred bucks per table we promote (which mikealis donates all to me for cooking for my garbage disposal of a boyfriend and brother), and my studded christian louboutins that smile at me every day and marvel at how i paid for them. not sure what's next for me but i do know that im surrounded by the most amazing support system possible. ill take leaps for unreachable dreams just because i know they'll be a cushion. currently, i feel even more like im on vacation than usual. I give it one week before my dad starts wondering why i consider working out and hanging with my boyfriend a day job and especially why i consider asking celebrities awkward questions and popping free bottles a career...then ill have to figure it out. but till then....*sigh* maybe mikealis and i will finally buy a ladder to our loft. doubtful.

This week has been INSANE. We went on some weird party binge (more so then usual). So Thursday night at the Tommy Hillfiger red carpet was awesome. Tommy is one of the FEW american designers to open a flagship store on 5th avenue and it was a huge deal for him. In attendance was a lot of cool people (Flip video coming soon of my interviews). I interviewed penn bagdley, Russel simmons, Tommy, amongst other people (all of whom i had interviewed before). mikealis and i went into the store and had champagne after the carpet. The store is INSANE! everyone should go check it out. We chatted with some friends and celebrated the end of fashion week with the who's who. Afterwards, we did our table at greenhouse which was AMAZING, we packed it out that night (as usual). Friday night mike had a show in a boutique in the lower east side. he literally SHUT IT DOWN. everyone went crazy for him as usual. His new songs are so amazing, check out myspace.com/mikealis to hear KOKONUT juice, crushes it! afterwards, we were everywhere. I was feeling very indecisive so me colleen sam fox and karin and australian sam and mikealis went to sushi spot in the les (since we were already down there) for SAKE BOMBS. after that we went to webster hall to check out mike's boy VIking (worst place on the planet for stuck up bitches like us but always fun to hang with my best friend lindsday luv and see viking) , from there we hit the worst club on the planet, ten june. longest running HOT spot in nyc, ok yea right. I hate that place, we couldn't even walk in there it was a nightmare, we peaced out. so we headed to oak, binn just knows to open the ropes for us at this point haha. we had patrone shots, chase crawford was "hiding". he's SO gay, seriously-he's gay, i will prove it too. i have it on good faith that he is gay officially, or bi. Oak was boring, so we left and Barry hit me up saying "come to greenhouse" so we rolled to greenhouse at like 330 in the morning for a free bottle and a table in the basement to ourselves, next to will who we love. we closed the night off at my apt eating pizza till 6 am. Saturday we did brunch at cafeteria (brunch at 430 haha) and that night was insane. we went to griffin to work our table but terek told us we could leave so we went to avenue which as always is popping off. at around 4 am, after too many patrone shots at ave, we went next door with will to one oak, we had a table there and our boss mysteriously appeared, it was a long night.
on a more important note, Thursday night MIkealis has a show in the LES with 88 keys. 88 keys did a song with Kanye west and kid cudi this year. YRB magazine is hosting the event and they are doing a story on MIkealis in the radar section. we would love to pack the show out with OUR friends. So if your coming, please rsvp to this e-mail address with your name and "plus 1". heatrockmanagement@gmail.com. Thanks!

So, fashion week is almost over. Can't say im sad to see it go. we've been incredibly busy this week. Mikealis and I have been to countless events, I've interviewed countless celebs and socialities that no one cares about, while still trying to wrap up school stuff, and also, at night, we've been running our tables! so it's been little sleep. did i mention we moved into our SICK new apartment all by ourselves the other day? yeah, been a busy week. Tuesday at greenhouse, I discovered (thanks to my DEAR friend and ghouse owner Barry) the secret patron room at greenhouse. it's not really a secret room, it's just where barry told me to go for patron shots all night as to avoid our countless bottles of vodka on our table (im so sick of vodka). So i got a little too drunk and had to interview michael kors the next morning at 9 am, needless to say, it wasnt great. last night at oak, our table was looking better then anyone else's (thanks to the stylings of my girls sam fox, karin diver hotty, and colleen firey red head). Ron jeremy wanted to sit with us so badly, he kept waving at me to give him drinks and invite him up, but alas, he is a PIG, and I was having him NO where NEAR my girls. Then, busta rhymes kept looking over so i felt the need to go talk to him, I had been at an event he played at in miami on new years, so i said "hi, what's up busta!" as if he knew me. he's chill as fuck, chatted for a while, did some more patron shots, danced in the dj booth, stumbled outside yonder 4 am and headed home. tonight im doing the carpet at the tommy hilfiger show, i can't wait for this shit to end. on another note, mikealis has a show tomorrow night at a boutique, and next friday with 88 keys (but that's a private invite only show), wish him luck, he has also has an amazing song about to drop on his myspace. things are going so well for him, srsly, he amazes me. fall fashion, i love it, I'm srsly the most fashion obsessed girl on the planet right now. if you see me in the streets, try not to be jealous of my layering techniques.

still blogging for the style lab. www.thestylelabonline.com check it out.
also, moving today, will be having house warming party soon! HUGE one bedroom on 15th street, LOVE our new apartment! Greenhouse tonight. How about Kanye btw? We were shocked, the room fell silent, it was like he killed a puppy. Mike has a show with his producer on the 24th so NOT gunna slander him too much but I gotta say, he's just not a pleasant person. tried to grab an interview with him a few times, he's just really not pleasant. Fashion week is ALMOST over, I am doing a few backstage shows this week to wrap it up and mikealis has a show at a boutique on friday, busy week. The city has been on fire. For a while, it felt dead, no gossip, nothing great happening. With fAshion week and the vma's, and the us open, I've been getting a lot of awesome gossip and our tables have been surrounded by celebs nearly everywhere. I love when NYC is on fire like this!!

fashion night out thus far!!!!!

6:37 PM
Fashion week kicked off technically on Wed night. We do One Oak every Wednesday night and it's always a pain in the ass to get our group in there but this week was especially a pain in the ass. First off, me and sam fox and mikealis were early so we decided to go to Avenue (next door) for a drink, well, Justin Timberlake (tooth pick in mouth and all, trashy) was busy entering in a trashy denim jacket. So then, we headed to the corner to meet our group, which unfortunately was a little TOO big for that night because Binn was like guys, it's packed out, Im letting half in. Oops, sorry girls. So the club was packed out as usual. Kid CUdi performed day n night and Funk master Flex dj'd. also michael phelps was running around, Akon dapped Mike up, kanye and jay z were "on their way" all night, and the militia arms dealer bought EVERY bottle of cristal in the club, literally.
so last night for fashion night out, i was running around for in touch and ny magazine. I covered the Kid Cudi listening party at the Bape store--Interviewed him. we were the only people allowed in at first and cudi had cameras following him so our interview was on camera which is funny. Then went to BBC where 1000 kids were outside trying to get in. went up stairs to interview pharrel while he rang up sales, it was fun. had a glass of champagne with him and mikealis and coped a hoodie. he's pretty amazing. darted out to the sean john store to interview diddy. He's amazing, i seriously believe he could run the country, diddy for president. He stopped our interview TWICE to compliment mike's outfit (video below). Then went to some stores, etc. ended the night at our table at greenhouse.... FNO success. I love nights like that. Fashion week is NOT over, we will be all over, stay tunes. Also, GREATER GOOD is ALMOST done!! ps-we bought a flip camera so expect the blog to be full of vids from now on.

So we just got home from what was officially the biggest show mikealis has EVER played. LA and I have a love hate relationship, this is def one of the best trips I've had there thus far (and I've spent a LOT of time there). We started by landing, getting our rental car, and taking jordan to in and out. jordan had never been to la so this was crucial. we spent the weekend in the most retarded house on the planet consisting of my best friend tommy, his 4 band mates, and 17 other out of town guests. MTV needs to do a reality show on this house immediately. There was never a dull moment, spent the days cruising hollywood, at night, we hit all the hotspots (mikealis and i as if we dont go out enough here in nyc). Saturday was the big day. It was the DEBUT coming out show for the It Boys. Tommy, is one of my best friends in the world and asked MIkealis (who then asked Chae Hawk to team with him) to open for them. His brother Tal, Benji Madden, and DCMA put on the party. The count clocked in at officially 530 plus people. Celebs in attendance were Benji Madden, Lindsay Lohan, tom Green (random), Samantha Ronson, Rob Dyrdek, our buddy Jeffree Star amongst others. Mikealis and Chae did a four song set with our good friend Tanner on the drums, they totally killed it. It was insane. The It boys made everyone want to die of awesomeness and all around it was just a really phenomenal time and night. we can not thank the it boys, our dear friends, enough for inviting mikealis to open and us to stay for the weekend...
stay tuned for video, photos, etc. there were a million record labels there, cross ur fingers for mikealis.
As if we aren't jet lagged enough, we are throwing the labor day party at ONE OAK tonight, TIRED.

Tonight we do our typical tuesday night table at greenhouse and then tomorrow we are going to LA for the It Boys show which Mikealis is opening for. We've found people to cover our tables while we are gone and we are ready to go. It's going to be crazy to be back in LA with our best friends, and the show is going to be REALLY crazy. I lived out in LA last summer for 6 week, it holds a special place in my heart although I really hate LA for more then 4 days there (im a new yorker 4 L) MIKEALIS has been working really hard with Chae Hawk for their joint set which feature a song with 30h3 and other dance bangers. we are definitely gunna hit the Hollywood hotspots (Hwood, Apple, Jane) and it's gunna be nice to have OTHER people taking care of US for once haha. Gotta show LA people how we newyorks do VIP. So I guess stay tuned for pictures and videos. Jordan is going to buy 14 boxes of nicorette for the plane, it's going to be hillarious. When we come back, Im covering a bunch of fashion week events for In touch so look for mikealis and i on the runways hahaha.
ps, check out our friend Michael's website TheStyleLabOnline.Com, I've been blogging for him.

Tonight we shot the CAR scene for greater good, in a sick benz (thanks jr). the boys pull up to the club and hop out, super HipHop. Looks gorgeous. Then we walked huge group into greenhouse, drank at our table, danced on couches for a few hours, typical tuesday night. I cant wait to finish the video and show all of you! We leave for LA wed, HUGE show for Mikealis, send good vibes his way! much love,

The Video Shoot

9:36 PM
Today we shot the video for Greater Good at greenhouse. Even though we had to promote our table at Greenhouse last night until 3 am (it was donnis's after party), we still woke up in time today ready to go. It was of course AMAZING because it's an amazing place, song, and the people that came out were truly friends and people with talent. We had a camio by Fonda from Team Facelift (and we are going to have camio's from other big names in the next scene) and Ralphie (Greenhouse photographer) and my girl lindsay luv, our boy JR (greenhouse dj) and a bunch of other dope ass people. The girls that came out were STUNNING, some of my BEST fucking friends, and I killed it directing, even with a bum voice. My crew worked hard (Felix marvin Andre shout outs) Mikealis and DIzzy killed it, it was successful! We still have to shoot some footage for it with some other big name camios (in other locations) but for the most part, the most important part is done and it looks INSANE!! Here are some screen shots! MIkealis and I are OFF for two days to the beach to DETOX from the crazy month we've had. We will be back in full force next week editing, promoting, planning for LA, and just running shit, haha. night!

I can't believe we are still standing. SO, we have had a crazy week promoting almost every night and planning out the music video for tomorrow. This is the fourth major music video I've directed but it's really, to me, the most important because of where we are shooting it and also because Mikealis is really pushing his new stuff heavy. So we've been really tired from going out at night then me in school and my dad's been here so we've been out all day the past two days. Tonight is our dear friend Donnis' album release party. We have a dinner meeting with the Greenhouse owner then we are going to brooklyn (ugh) for the album party then we have our table at greenhouse THEN tomorrow is the big shoot! So come out and be an extra in our video tomorrow at 230, greenhouse...expecting big camios!! It's gunna be crazy, we gotta make it look like its 1 am on a tuesday when its 2pm on a friday in the club!!!

a true one oak night--shwayze SUCKS
Posted by

10:06 AM
It's been a while since we've had a TRUE One Oak night where there was a performance. Last night was one of those nights when I remember why that club is what it is. We did our typical pregame at hudson terrace last night and went to oak as we do every Wednesday. We got a special kind of vodka this week (cuz we are special)....Belvedeer Black. It's gross, it has pepper in it, don't drink it. Anyways, I ran into some OLD friends I was really excited to see and we had a great group with us. Then all of a sudden Shwayze (who's completely talentless and stupid) did a surprise performance. Oak is pretty infamous for these special performances. The thing is, everyone in there is HAND picked to be in there, so people like Kid Cudi, Ryan Leslie etc LIKES to perform there, the vibe is just amazing. So the funniest part is, Rhianna was in the corner, MISERABLE. She couldn't even believe that the two of them had fame, or even an album. It was priceless, she looked like she was thinking 'what the fuck is wrong with the music business'. She put on her sunglasses and freaking texted their entire set, it was so funny. Shwayze---take a hint, your album BARELY sold 30000 copies (which no that's not good for a band with a reality show) and stop talking about how many girls your fucking, your in ONE OAK, NO ONE is impressed. Anyways, Good ol true nyc night that makes me stoked to be alive and doing what i do in this city...

8:13 PM
As if we're not there enough, I am officially shooting my final music video (while in film school) at my favorite club in nyc, Greenhouse. I am SO grateful to the owner, Barry, for allowing me to do this (free of charge) as a friend. This will be the last piece to go on my reel. Mike and I work there a few nights a week (we have a table in the vip) and always talk about how sick it would be to shoot a video there. Its official! Mikealis ft Pdizzy. Mikealis has worked super hard on his new mixtape and this is for one of the songs off of it. Watch out for a ton of camios, hot cars, and sick lights. We want all our hot cool friends to be there. Speaking of being there, we are there tonight, Rhianna's coming through!

JUNIOR SANCHEZ DJ set with Alexander Technique and DJ Schoolboy
and live sets by Trouble Andrew, Team Facelift, and The Mr. Move.
Hosted by Broken Teeth and Jasmine Solano
There is no WAY a party like this should be free. We've got a rare NYC DJ set by remix-star / genius producer Junior Sanchez. Accompanied by Alexander Technique, and DJ Schoolboy. LIVE sets by Team Facelift, Trouble Andrew, and The Mr. Move. And the party is hosted by downtown flygirl Jasmine Solano and online luminary Broken Teeth. For free? That's just ridiculous.

Tonight is a big night. Our best friend Lindsay, is about to take on the world and tonight she proves it. She's been working her ass off to become one of the most successful female (and in male) dj's in the city, she's working on the country, followed by the world. She spins at places like Greenhouse, The Gates, Antik, Webster Hall, the Elderidge and the member only spot, The Soho House. She can cater to any crowd, and she's hot. She really is a talented girl, and a great friend and we are proud to share with all of you about her big night tonight as well as her accomplishments. So if your around tonight, and your cool, come by Antik to listen to her new mix cd and her spin.

We are trying to be better with this. We have SO much cool stuff going on, eventually we aim to be a big recognizable party blog here in NYC...pictures, a calander, stories and sightings, etc. Currently we are busy promoting but also working on our projects. We promote Greenhouse Tuesday, Hudson Terrace and One Oak on Wed, Greenhouse Thursday, we hope around nyc on Friday, The Gates for dinner and than Griffin on Saturdays and Sundays we sleep, Monday's will probably be filled soon. On the side, we are plotting our next music video which I can now OFFICIALLY and PROUDLY say is being shot at the legendary Greenhouse! I am very good friends with the owner, and this is a VERY dear favor he's is doing for me. mikealis and dizzy will have a ton of friends and camios in it so watch out for that. mikealis is finishing his mix tape--we're busy! But aim to build this up (in correlation with Mikealis' new website) as a huge NYC nightlife wrap up.

It's gunna be a huge deal for him so watch out for that. We're promoting three nights a week, greenhouse-one oak-hudson terrace-griffin-kinda all over the place. My sister's been staying with me for the "summer" which is only a month long for me so we've been taking her out everywhere! juts a lot of partying. school starts again soon tho i guess it's nice to have some structure. So besides all that, not much to say except life is good, and check us out when we start blogging on thestylelabonline.com

4:50 PM
lots has been going on. hard to keep up with this. First off, i think we will no longer be doing this particular blog anymore. Today announced was my best friend's reality show called miami social, airing on bravo in july. This best friend, michael cohen, is starting a website called style lab which i talk about alot. anyways, i am the nyc editor for the wesbite so ill be doing my NIGHTLIFE blog on that website, and im thinking ill ONLY run that blog unless my boyfriend wants to continue to run this one. REally excited about this. ILl be blogging about my carpet interviews, and all the crazy stuff we run into running around nyc to the best clubs every night. Um, Also, Mike and I are doing the video and theme song for the website so that's taking up a lot of time. I have to shoot my best friend Steven Bagg's video this coming weekend and also, MY girl Baya who did real world has asked me to do HER video some time soon. Super busy. On top of it all, Mike and I as a team are out every night Mike has tables all over the place and we are constantly having to bring girls out. So if your a model or cute or fun or whatever hit up mikealis on his myspace or facebook adn come out with us. Im really trying to remain grounded. Trying to make sure I spend time with my BEST friends as much as I can (ellen, Gabi, Cj, etc etc) while trying to acclimate jordan to the city (not like he isn't already). Im trying to stay focused on what i came here originally to do--be a director....but sometimes the glitz and glamour and night life get in the way. Good thing i have good people to keep me grounded. Mikealis is doing a track with Fonda from Team Facelift tomorrow night, should be awesome.
more soon xx.

8:30 PM
OK, so, Mike started promoting Griffin this week. It's awesome. Tuesday was kinda empty so they decided to not do Tuesdays but saturdays and thursdays there are amazing. It's the newest club in NYC right in meat packing. Its competing with oak and tenjune of course so they had to step it up. Ellen, my best friend, jazzy, trooped it out with me thursday....I partied tuesday night then wed at one oak then thursday griffin, im so tired. we are really beat. Tomorrow we have to do griffin again, and this time mike has to fill the table totally alone cuz cj and terrick are in hamptons. THEN sunday we are going to the hamptons. I have a lot going on out there this summer. Besides my BEST friends Gabi and CJ running a huge house out there, My girl amanda is in charge of Dune's production stuff and my other friend is doing a situation with Matt levine (eldridge owner) who i also know. and in touch/ny mag wants me out there a lot so im going to be out there as much as possible this summer. Also, Tuesday, my best friend michael's reality show is going to be announced on Tuesday, it's called Miami social airing on Bravo this summer. During that show, he is promoting his website called the style lab. this will be a HUGE success. It's a virtual closet mini blog WORLD accessible off facebook etc. Im running the entire NYC section of it, doing a night life blog and my girls ellen and carolyn are going to do fashion blogs for me. Going to be really amazing, stand by for more on that. Also Mikealis is doing the theme song for the website which rules. Um, Jordan moved here. Already in the nights he's been here, he met Dolce and Gabana's son who is totally hooking us up, and FLY SOCIETY (the rap group down with pharrel) who are currently recording in my apt and MIkealis is doing a track with them....So jordan, so happy to have you <3

Also i made a new friend of an old friend (this girl from tampa i knew who now is my neighbor) and she came out with us. mike had the BEST group at griffin, he was crushing it....and ellen might have to be promoted from nanna because shes a trooper!!!!

Had an AMAZING bday weekend. Started it Friday night at Mr. West....and Saturday spent the day shopping with Ellen. She had arranged the most gorgeous dinner with my best friends at BOND st sushi that night. IT was fun, ate amazing sushi and drank alot. Dinner was SUPer expensive--nanna grabbed most of the tab, shes the best. Then Cj Flagged us down a limo and we headed to cellar bar where we had a bottle and a table. I don't really remember much of this part but I got really drunk and apparantly a gay guy slapped mike's ass. At around 3 am I decided that it would be a good idea to go to Greenhouse. Since my friend is the owner, he offered up some shots and we got wasted...steven and ryan slept over and we saw the sun come up. Sunday my actual birthday i laid in bed and recovered till i went to cj's and sat on couch and watched celebrity apprentice with gabs, mike, cj, erica and then went to gold bar. good weekend, i am So thankful for my friends they really out did themselves and i appreciate it to death guy!! xoxo

the ky debry

2:42 PM
Born and raised, this is not a new tradition to me. I've gone to the derby my entire life. There is a certain sense of pride that comes along with it ESPECIALLY when we sing my old ky home before the race runs on the first saturday of may. The past couple years have been a bit different. Instead of pregaming in fields and bussing it to the infield at the track, the past couple years Ive been sitting at the track both days with my dad in his corporate tent/box and attending the vip events for in touch.
After a long night at one oak wed, and a long day of traveling thursday, i was anxious to land in louisville. Mike and i were greeted by my best friend of many years who drove us downtown to meet my dad. Downtown louisville has ONE street with a ton of bars and clubs on. Its NO nyc, but for louisville, it's cool. Samantha Ronson was at first djing the street, litteraly just on a stage in the street. We get there, immediately (this is why i love life) in another state, get media passes and vip wrist bands to avoid all covers at the bars. We are then immediately met out front by my handsome dad who's waving his hand in the air. He grabs my hand (he likes to show me off) and leads the three of us to the back of this club where he and his friends are doing SHOTS-welcome home haha. So we get shit faced with my awesome dad, the best part is (this is nothing new btw) I had to cover a Sam Ronson party at a club on that same street at 2 am. This was supose to be somewhat of a VIP situation (although nothing in ky is really vip lol)....walked in with my DAD, mikealis, abby, and my dad's driver (total redneck) and it was so funny. Mikealis got a picture with sam (who has the MANLIEST voice ever) and i somehow made it back in the escalade to the hotel by 3 am. The track Friday was great. Dad has us all set up in a company tent where it's cattered and open bar all day. From there you can bet in privacy and avoid lines, then you can walk back and fourth from the box track side (To watch the races) and the corporate tent. well we always lose alot of money, the oaks was no different. Dad and I probably lost...nevermind a number, alot. Friday night was the annual Barn Stable Brown Gala. It's a famous party thrown the night before Derby every year. IT's a star studded event in the home of a very wealthy family in Louisville. It's transformed into a black tie celebrity ball with cattering and live performances. Dad's driver scooped mike and i, dad and his date, and the couple dad took as guests. we got to the gala and immediately were lead to our table which had unlimited grey goose bottles and moet all night. we got wasted. at some point i saw my dad jumping up and dad when kid rock performed. boyz II men performed....a bunch of others. paris hilton looked great...i ate the chocolate fountain..mike caught eli mannings football and took pic with him....dad was wasted so we left the gala and headed to another party i was suppose to attend down town. The best part was i got to invite my two best friends with me (i grew up with 5 girls only). we got wasted and had a blast. The next morning at the Derby, i was a bit....hungover. At the track, I tried to bloody mary it away. The derby was amazing. The long shot horse had my same birthday...so i felt good about him. Ive been betting on horse racing since I was 10. I don't usually make stupid bets but this was a stupid bet. I bet the longshot horse (50-1 odds) 10$ to win (along with some other smart bets) because i shared the same birthday as this horse. Therefore me dad, his best friend, and some others all bet on the same horse.... The derby is known as the most exciting 2 minutes in sports, and it really is. At first he was dead last---you couldn't even see him. When a random horse broke away and won by a longshot, we were all sorta like who was that?. it was 8. it was my horse. we now knew we were rich, and began to freak the fuck out. The horse paid a ton its odds were aweful. so fun. that night we went to the GREENHOUSE party *yes nyc greenhouse* that was thrown at prime in downtown louisville (after an amazing fun dinner with dad and company). The guys running it were all nyc people it was so fun! Michael Phelps came to his table up in the VIP, where we were, and then asked to be moved!!! to the common section!! SO HE COULD GET ATTENTION---SUCH A MEDIA WHORE. Then joey fatone was fat. Then, we got wasted.
after a long sunday of recovery and the best catch up night sunday night with my best friends ever (They showed mike pics of me...it was bad) we got back late last night.
Im so lucky to have such fun family and to be a part of this tradition, born and raised, super lucky.
back to reality. We have some VERY exciting big projects coming up that involve bravo tv so stay posted.
mike starts promoting one oak this week too.

was a-mazing. Ok first off we started with mr west on friday with cj. we go there all the time but this week, CJ had to open the table which meant we went early and started the bottle so it wasnt packed and we had prime table spot. and yea, alex douche bag came with his bimbo models but still we had a blast with cj and co. The Dj was the dude from eldridge who i know through my friend ralph and he is the best dj in nyc so that was fun. Then saturday I filmed my bitch erica for my 30 sec commercial for my midterm at school. IN HD. Super fun. After we were done shooting we went to Cjs where they were all fucked up, then sat outside at bennys for margaritas and mexican. PErfect Saturday. Today, went to the PARK with my best freaking friends (minus ellen she was on the bus) gabi erica ant val ryan jessie mikealis--whoever could reach us because there is NO (i mean NO) service in sheeps meadow when it's packed like that. How fucking gorgeous is nyc right now? EVeryones out and about and in their summer time wear---love it. Then, tonight we went with jesse to la esquina which i hadnt been to in ages. whats funny about la esquina is everything. first off-the upstairs is a CORNER cafe (With like a window and hot dogs and stuff) then you enter and in the back theres a bouncer, if you get in, you go downstairs through the kitchen to the bar so legit. Anywho, free drinks there then went to GOLD BAR with gabi. Ok, sundays at goldbar--GOOD LUCK. def the hardest door in nyc- what a pain. BUt we got in with gabs, people watched for a bit, and now we are home snuggling.
i love nyc in the spring. everybody feels good and is outside. the parks are crazy the streets are crazy you DONT have to wear a fucking coat FOR once!!
it rules.
xx
ky derby this weekend to cover the black tie galas for in touch and also see my childhood friends (basically my family)....and sit track side with my dad. bamboozle--yeah right haha
